The role

As Controller within our Finance – Controlling department, you will make sure the company’s daily accounting and reporting runs smoothly and precisely. Reporting to the Senior Controller, you will be a key point of contact for client reporting and invoicing across our managed fleet.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Issuing aircraft-management sales invoices and related credit notes.
• Producing monthly and quarterly client reporting
• Preparing client communication — statements of account, invoices and payment reminders.
• Supporting management reporting and assisting the Senior Controller with aircraft and company budgets.
• Answering client and internal reporting queries with accuracy and a service mindset.

What you bring

• An A-Level in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a similar controlling and administration role.
• Good knowledge of current Microsoft applications; experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high degree of accuracy, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work proactively on your own initiative.
